Protecting the privacy and operational security of the Client and the aircraft.
Dukk evaluates, coordinates and performs private aircraft detailing, cabin readiness, emergency response, exterior care, readiness reporting and related concierge services while protecting the confidentiality, privacy and operational security of the Client and the aircraft.
Aircraft model, registration, tail number or identifying marks; location, FBO, hangar or airport details; flight schedules and operational timing; owner, passenger, family office, operator, pilot or crew information; photos, videos and readiness reports; access instructions and authorized contacts; pricing, proposals, memberships and service history; and any information that should reasonably be understood as confidential.
Each party will keep Confidential Information strictly confidential, use it only to evaluate, coordinate or perform the requested service, not disclose it to unauthorized third parties, protect it with reasonable care, and never use it for publicity, marketing or competitive advantage.
No aircraft photo, video, registration, tail number, owner identity, passenger identity, location or operational detail will be published without prior written authorization. Discretion Mode may include: no tail-number photos, no identifiers in reports, no public use of images, private WhatsApp concierge handling, NDA confirmation before service, and authorized contacts only.
Disclosure is allowed only to coordinate access with an authorized FBO, hangar, pilot, operator or manager; when required by law or competent authority; to prevent immediate harm or safety risk; or when approved in writing. Where legally permitted, reasonable notice will be given before a required disclosure.
Information that is public without breach, was lawfully known before disclosure, received from a third party without restriction, independently developed, or approved for release in writing.
Internal checklists, photos and readiness reports remain confidential and are used only for service execution, reporting, quality assurance, dispute resolution, compliance and non-identifying training.
Neither party may use the other's name, logo, aircraft, registration, image or relationship for advertising, portfolio, social media or public reference without prior written consent.
Upon request, each party will return, delete or destroy Confidential Information, except where retention is required for legal, tax, insurance, compliance or operational recordkeeping.
Obligations begin when information is shared and remain in effect for five (5) years from the last interaction. Aircraft, owner, passenger, schedule and access information remains confidential for as long as it is non-public.
No Confidential Information transfers ownership, license or intellectual property rights except as strictly necessary to perform the service.
Personal data is used only to evaluate, coordinate, confirm, perform and report the requested service, communicate with authorized contacts, process payments and comply with applicable obligations.
Unauthorized disclosure may cause harm not fully remedied by money alone. The affected party may seek injunctive relief, damages, recovery of costs and any other available remedies.
Submitting information does not guarantee service. All services remain subject to aircraft access, FBO/hangar authorization, operational conditions, team availability, payment confirmation and final scope confirmation.
Governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction by reason of present or future domicile.
This Agreement may be accepted electronically through website submission, booking request, checkbox acceptance, email, WhatsApp confirmation or electronic signature. By continuing, the Client confirms they have read, understood and accepted this Agreement.
